The Firm has been involved in prosecutingand defending litigation matters, Judicial Reviews and Petitions most notably for Kenya Power & Lighting Company PLC since 2004. The Firm has also acted for  Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Ltd in preparation of grants of easements and in prosecuting and defending cases.
